Located in Nashville, TN and Tampa, Florida, Watermark Communications Inc. is a full service recording and mixing facility on wheels. With dual 72 track RADAR 24 systems (100% redundancy), a spacious control room, acoustically designed isolation room and climate control system, this rig is ready for just about anything.

Owner & chief engineer David Habegger, a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, has over 30 years of experience and a wealth of live, studio and broadcast credits, including recent credits John Tesh, Vince Gill, Aretha Franklin, Fred Hammond, and Chris Tomlin.

Commenting on RADAR, David says, "Sound quality was an obvious consideration. RADAR is already accepted as the professional choice for high-end digital recording. It has a stellar list of credits that include Grammy winning, multi-platinum albums and that was important for us. The compatibility of the system also played a role in the decision making process. We do live recording, overdubbing and mixing right here in the truck and the RADAR gives us the tools we need to get the job done."

Watermark's RADAR 24 installation is configured as a 72 track system with total redundancy. 36 track, 96 kHz recording is also available courtesy of the Nyquist A/D-D/A card option. The RADAR 24s feed the 80 input Amek Rembrandt console and a Nuendo 3 DAW. SCSI and SATA recording drives provide over 6 hours of recording time, which is ideal for live broadcasts and performances.
