Support Policy & New RADAR Limited Warranty

iZ Technology Support Agreement

iZ Technology Corporation will provide FREE Technical Support for 10 years based on date of manufacture, to the original registered owner, on any software or hardware supplied and installed by iZ Technology, for all RADAR and ADA systems. We will provide that support via either phone, email, or remote access (where applicable).

If the RADAR or ADA system falls outside of the 10 years FREE technical support period, a fee of $100 USD per incident will be charged prior to support being given.

In the event of ownership change, a one time fee of $150 USD will be charged to register the new owner, who can then benefit from the remainder of the FREE technical support period.

Customers always have free access to self-serve support via the software downloads, documentation, and educational videos posted on the iZ Technology web site Support pages.

iZ Technology Warranty Agreement

By purchasing this equipment you agree to abide by the terms of this warranty and the attached end user software license agreement.

The RADAR and its accessories are warranted from the date of purchase (invoice date) to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year. All hard disk drives contained within the RADAR chassis are warranted for a period of one (1) year. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper or negligent use, inadequate or improper packaging for shipment, damage incurred during shipment, or unauthorized modification. The sole and exclusive remedy for breach of any warranty concerning the RADAR system, and its accessories, and supplied internal hard disk drives shall be repair or replacement of defective parts at the discretion of iZ Technology Corporation (iZ). Repair or replacement of RADAR and its accessories will be preformed at no charge for parts or labour for one (1) year from date of purchase (invoice date) to the original purchaser at an iZ Technology Authorized Service Center hereinafter iTASC, at the discretion of iZ, with shipping to iZ paid for by the customer and with return shipping costs paid for by iZ after the product has been repaired or replaced.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES: IN NO EVENT WILL iZ BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR OTHER RELIEF ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT INCLUDING, BY WAY OF ILLUSTRATION AND NOT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OR LOST OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF RECORDED AUDIO, FAILURE OF ANY HARD DISK DRIVES, OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF SUCH USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF iZ, AN AUTHORIZED DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR OR SUPPLIER HAS OR HAS NOT BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.

WARNING: This warranty becomes null & void by use of any non iZ hard disk drives, hard disk drive assemblies, product accessories or by installation or repair of the product or its accessories by anyone other than an authorized iZ repair person at iTASC.

Used or Refurbished RADAR Limited Warranty

By purchasing this equipment you agree to abide by the terms of this warranty and the attached end user software license agreement.
